Our History
At The Cross Care was established with the goal to create more patient advocacy in the community by helping clients to be empowered to do the things that they love and be more autonomous with their decision making process.
Our organisation consists of qualified Registered Nurses passionate with the work that they love with varied expertise from spinal injuries, dementia, aged care, stroke and disabilities to name a few. We also have support workers and Allied health professionals on board within our company who can support your needs.
Our core values are the driving force behind everything we do. We are committed to going above and beyond to provide exceptional services that surpass the standard requirements set for NDIS registered providers including Support Coordination, Community Nursing Care, In-Home Support Services, Community Access Services, Capacity Building Services, Out of Hospital Care, Supported Independent Living, and Short Term Accommodation.

Our vision as a service provider is to give back to the community by supporting charities, missions and volunteer works. We believe strongly that giving back to the poor and needy is a humbling act equivalent to loving an individual unconditionally.
